The winning bidder must complete payment within 48 hours of the auction closing. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the purchase and may restrict future participation in auctions.
To ensure a fair bidding process, auctions include anti-sniping protection. If a bid is placed within the final 2 minutes of an auction, the closing time will automatically extend by 5 minutes.
5. Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces
Due to the nature of our work, custom, made-to-order, and personalized pieces may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun. Details regarding timelines, alterations, and final terms will be communicated before an order is confirmed.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Applicable taxes, duties, or import fees associated with the order are included in the sale price.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, production schedules, and circumstances outside of our control.
