Made to Measure, Made with Intention
Each Carley’s Connections piece is individually crafted in collaboration with our artisan partners. As a result, all garments are made to measure and produced upon order, with an estimated production timeline of 3–4 weeks.
How It Works
- Place your order. Once we receive your selection, our team confirms your measurements and any personalization details.
- Production begins. Your piece is cut, sewn and finished by hand in our atelier — typically over 3 to 4 weeks depending on the garment.
- Optional video fitting. Mid-production, we offer a complimentary video consultation to walk through fit and finishing.
- Worldwide delivery. Shipping and customs duties are covered. We share tracking the moment your piece leaves the atelier.
Personalized Measurements
If you are unsure of your measurements, we will guide you through the process step by step. Where helpful, we can also reference the Carlo measurement schematic to ensure precision.
Final Sales
Because each piece is produced specifically for you, all sales are final. We invest deeply in fit and finishing throughout the process so the result is exactly as intended.
